History

2006

Tracebrand Solutions is founded to provide services to manufacturers and official distributors of global consumer brands.
It is born out of the association of a multidisciplinary team formed by professionals from different leading multinational companies in the FMCG sector.

2008

Tracebrand Solutions closes several deals as a supplier with international organisations (government contracts, NGOs, distribution of ship supplies at ports). This consolidates the company as a commercial partner for the distribution of consumer goods in alternative channels, other continents and companies with posted workers.

2012

Tracebrand Solutions signs contracts with different manufacturers for the exclusive distribution of various brands in specific channels where they had not been present before. It also participates in the introduction of Spanish brands and products in duty-free and travel retail channels.

2014

Tracebrand increases its operations unit in Spain by expanding its warehouses. In addition, it signs a joint venture agreement with a Dutch logistics company and another one with a Polish logistics company with a view to improving its services on the European market.

Now

After a capital increase, a new society is created, which keeps the team of experts in each category in Europe and incorporates new partners in other regions. This way, the global character of the organisation is reinforced with supply agreements in all 5 continents and the coming opening of new business delegations.

Logistics

We have a 5000m2 logistics warehouse we use to receive, handle and forward the stock-lots according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Our facilities are equipped with the most advanced management systems to ensure adequate control and traceability of the batches. For this purpose, we use an internal identification and codification system that enables us to monitor the entire logistics process throughout the supply chain.


We are experts in the end-to-end management and transit of goods under a special customs regime, such as sales in tax warehouses, customs warehouses, non-customs warehouses, temporary customs warehouses and premises authorised for export goods (DF, DAP, DDA, ADT and LAME).


As a global operator experienced in the supply chain, Tracebrand Solutions has developed a number of tools for the management and traceability of shipments worldwide, which we make available to manufacturers to ensure compliance with any commercial restrictions.
